How come there are only two surviving garages on this former garage plot? There was once 92 garages here now there is only 2 the rest were demolished.
This lone garage looks strange but makes a pretty cool picture.
This plot of land is just off of Byron Road and was up for sale (minus the 2 remaining garages) along with an end of terrace bungalow all for a guide price of £500,000
The 2 remaining garages were not included in the sale and survived demolition because they had previously been sold.
So would a potential buyer and developer have to build around the garages if the owners wouldn't sell or couldn't be found?
